I am a patient spina bifida and was very sick lately with a lot of pain. Nobody seems to know what it is. Could I MS?

These two requirements are different causes. In theory, it is not impossible.
Why focus specifically on MS? I would not put MS in the top of the list of differential diagnosis for the aching body. What other symptoms?
By "no one should", is a neurologist?
I was born with spina bifida, surgery when he was 5 days and had pain in my life. Would not it hurt to get tested for other things, but with spina bifida affects the (inside the body, spine), as you always want to have pain, whatever. I'm sorry you have pain, I am 9 years old with spina bifida and chronic pain is a part of life for them.
Have you spoken to her neurological surgeon, or perhaps a main / family doctor (who does not know his history).
If your severe pain, you should immediately seek help, your body may try to tell you that something is happening.
